Nutrition & Cooking Seminar

This free seminar for individuals with disabilities will focus on nutrition, selecting and preparing simple and healthy foods. Learn simple cooking ideas and try tasting some creations. The seminar has limited seating and individuals may be accompanied by one adult to help them participate if needed. Please indicate any food allergies when you register.
