Physical accessibility is just one part of the picture; environments may include sensory elements—like bright lights, loud sounds, or crowded layouts—that feel overwhelming to some, even if they go unnoticed by others. For Kenny, who is very tall and communicates differently, these factors can sometimes lead to misunderstandings—especially in smaller, bustling places like stores or museums.
